In the United States was an interesting survey carried out shows once again how popular Apple products (especially in children and young people) are. It surveyed 3000 people between 6 and 12, what they want for Christmas and the first three places are occupied by devices from Apple (iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone), then comes the traditional PC, the Nintendo 3DS, Kinect for Xbox 360 and finally the Nintendo DS.
Even with the 13-year-old wants from you is mainly Apple products, from e-reader, a PC, Kinect and the Wii. The Playstation 3 is still way less desirable than a pure BluRay player, although it is also capable of playing BluRays.
