Spawning cars/vehicles:
To use the cheat code, call these numbers from your cell phone:
- Annihilator (helicopter): (359)-555-0100
- Cognoscenti (Car): (227)-555-0142
- Comet (Car): (227)-555-0175
- FIB Buffalo (Car): (227)-555-0100
- Jetmax (Boat): (938)-555-0100
- NRG-900 (Motorcycle): (625)-555-0100
- Sanchez (Car): (625)-555-0150
- Super GT (Car): (227)-555-0168
- Turismo (Car): (227)-555-0147

Changing the weather and time: (468)-555-0100. Call this number from your cell phone.

Unlock Weapon Set:
Weapon set 1: (486)-555-0100. This code will unlock these following weapons: baseball bat, grenades, M4, MP5, pistol, RPG and sniper rifle.
Weapon set 2: (486)-555-0150. AK-47, knife, Molotov Cocktails, pistol, RPG, sniper rifle and Uzi.

Secret Locations:
Go to internet cafe (in the game) and enter this URL: www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com. It will then show you the secret locations on the map.

Increase Wanted Levels: (267)-555-0150. It will add Niko's wanted level stars

Decrease wanted levels: (267)-555-0100. It will decrease Niko's wanted level stars.

Reload health, armor and ammunitions:
(362)-555-0100 - it will give you fresh armor.
(482)-555-0100 - it will give you fresh armor, health and ammunitions
warning!! this cheat code will disable your ability to achieve some missions.

Losing the cops
No mater how much your wanted level is, if you want to lose from the cops that casing you just go to the save point (your safe house) then go to bed. You do not need to save the game, just access the save menu then cancel it. All cops will automatically disappears even you go back to the outside.

Friendship
Increase your friendship with these following people buy doing what they like.
Brucie: He likes to do bowl, drink, eat, go to strip clubs, shows, helirides and boating. Get 70% of friendship with him, once you reach this level you can call him anywhere anytime and he will dispatch you with helicopter right onto your location.
Dwayne: he likes to do strip clubs, eat, drink, go to shows and bowl. Reach the friendship level with him to 60% and you will be able to call him everytime.

Get More Money
Go to the ATM and make the traffic jam around that area. Wait for somebody that coming into ATM, once he/she entering ATM machine and take out the money, eliminate him/her. Make sure ambulance can't reach and help him/her because the traffic jam you made. Then you can run away on a short distance and then go back and collect the money from him/her.
